✔️ High School Diploma Required for Entry Level Peer Support Positions

✔️ College Degree Preferred for Management/Directors Level Positions

✔️ Passion in Supporting Individuals in their Recovery Journeys

✔️ Willingness to Share your Journey to Support Others

✔️ New York State Certified Peer Specialist or Provisional within 90 Days
