Mr. Jeremy will be sharing his expertise in Ballet through the Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), an innovative program that takes ballet-specific exercises to condition, strengthen and enhance your ballet technique by focusing on muscle memory and alignment. It utilizes equipment like exercise balls to help dancers understand how their bodies should move in various ballet positions and exercises. PBT aims to improve core strength, stability, and balance, ultimately leading to better technique and injury prevention. Mr. Jeremy was able to learn and be certified last 2019 at the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts, by the PBT developer herself, Ms. Marie Walton-Mahon, an Australian Ballet Specialist.
After an hour of PBT, Mr. Jeremy, a Classical Ballet teaching diploma holder with 16 years of Ballet teaching experience, will continue to process the learned techniques through a class dedicated to further refine your Ballet artistry. Mr. Jeremy aims to bring you closer to your goals, may you be a beginner or a practicing dancer/teacher, from barre to centre, one step at a time.
