To avoid delays patrons requiring a wheelchair bay are encouraged to book their own tickets online where available. Bays can be purchased using the interactive seating map, with the option of additional paid or Companion Card tickets in the seat adjacent to the bay.

Children's Policy: Everyone must have a paid ticket regardless of age. Strictly no standing or dancing is permitted in the Mezzanine and Dress Circle. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holders: Some accessible seating can be purchased online. The Companion Card must be presented upon request. Call Ticketmaster's Accessible Seating line on 1300 446 925 for Accessible / Companion Card & Hearing Loop bookings or information. There is a minimum of 20 stairs to the Dress Circle and Stalls. Patrons needing easy access seats should book for the Mezzanine. Row H has no stairs. There are 2 stairs per row from the back row (eg row G has 2 stairs, row F has 4 stairs etc)
