A ballet class where students will learn proper technique and terminology while following a classic ballet class flow consisting of barre, counterwork, and across the floor steps. Students should wear clothing that allows the body to move freely, preferably form fitting to see that alignment of technique throughout the body. Canvas ballet shoes may be purchased.
