We’ll ground ourselves in the fundamentals — the core movements, the structure, the living heartbeat of Balintawak — with strong roots in the Buot-Bacon lineage. The foundation matters. The details matter. The feeling in the hand, the timing in the body, the intent behind every strike, it all matters.
But we’re not stopping at the basics.
This time, we push further into the architecture of the art. Templates. Groupings. The connective tissue that transforms isolated movements into understanding. While our base remains anchored in the Buot method, our approach will be holistic, drawing from multiple perspectives within Balintawak to sharpen your awareness, expand your adaptability, and deepen your execution.
