Day 1 : Aug 25
• Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport at 2:30PM, enjoy a meet and greet.
•Transfer and check-in at your hotel.
• Dinner at Jimbaran – Dinner at Jimbaran offers dishes served right on the beach with stunning sunset views. The ocean breeze, candlelit setting, and authentic flavors create a memorable and unforgettable dining experience.

• Kanto Lampo Waterfall -Is a must-visit in Bali, The waterfall is known for its unique tiered rock formations and picturesque jungle surroundings, making it perfect for photos and a refreshing dip.
• Tanah Lot temple – Explore an iconic sea temple perched on a rocky cliff, celebrated for its breathtaking sunsets and spiritual significance in Balinese culture and spent some time for shopping.

• Tirta Gangga – a former royal palace in Bali, is renowned for its serene water gardens, intricate stone statues, and tranquil fountains, offering visitors a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant lotus ponds.
• Besakih Great Temple – Known as the "Mother Temple" of Bali, Besakih Temple is the largest and holiest temple complex on the island, comprising 23 separate temples. Situated on the slopes of Mount Agung, it serves as a major spiritual center for Balinese Hindus.
• Overnight at Kuta
Day 4 : Aug 28
• Breakfast (packed in a box).
• Transfer to Sanur Port and board a fast boat to Nusa Penida Port.
• Upon arrival at Nusa Penida Port, begin the West Nusa Penida tour.
• Kelingking Beach – Enjoy breathtaking views of rock formations resembling a pinkie finger, often likened to dinosaurs.
• Delicious Indian (Chicken / Veg) Biriyani. [Please confirm the preference before trip starts, default choice will be Chicken Biriyani]

• This marks the final day of the journey – time for departure!
• Please ensure all belongings are packed before leaving.

1. Will I get any companions to travel from my city?
Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of travelers who is in for this trip. There you can see
other people who are travelling from your city
2. Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?
A. No. During the stay at each place you can keep the bag in your room.
3. Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?
A. Yes

4. Do I need to take a VISA before the trip?
A. No. Bali has VISA on arrival. There will be immigration counter at the airport where you can share your details and get a VISA. More details such as Hotel address and all will be provided later in the group. You MUST have a passport with 6 months validity for visa on arrival
5. Will I get a new local SIM there?
A. Yes from the Airport itself you will get SIM cards and there are 2 shops. All you need is your Passport. They will activate connection without any delay
6. To where should I book air ticket and by what time should I reach?
A. From south India Kochi is the most convenient airport to book airtickets to Bali (Denpasar Airport). Other South Indian airports have rates higher compared to Kochi. If you land in Bali before 02:30PM, there will be arrangement for airport pick up else you have to manage your own
8. Can I pay the total amount as installments?
A. Yes, after an advance payment of 40,000rs you can pay monthly a small amount towards the balance payment as following
5th May 2026 - 11666rs
5th June 2026 - 12500rs
5th Jule 2026 - 12500rs
** Any failure to pay EMI on time will lead to cancellation of registration without refund
Know before you go: -
1. International / Domestic flights are not included in the package.
2. Visa fee at IDR 500,000 net/person (approximately at USD 35 to USD 40 /pax subject to the exchange rates fluctuation), payable at Bali Airport
3. From February 14, 2024, international visitors to Bali will be subject to a one-time fee of IDR 150,000 (USD 10). Travelers are encouraged to conveniently settle this payment via the Love Bali website or App prior to their arrival (https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id/)
4. Please depart on suggested timings to avoid any inconvenience.
5. The vehicle is not at your disposal and will be available only on an itinerary basis.
6. No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility.
7. Make sure your Passport has 6 months validity on your arrival time at Bali
8. Pick up from the airport on Day 1 is at 02:30PM and we have only drop off on the last day. Anyone who wants to leave early or late, can arrange their transportation on their own with the help of Buddy.
9. The package cost is not included 5% TCS which you can reimburse during your Tax returns and this needs your PAN Card. For those who don't have a PAN Card, have an additional payment of 2,134rs is required. So it's always convenient to have a PAN card for international travel.
Cancellation Policy

1. For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, the initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
2. For cancellations done between 29 days to 20 days prior to the date of departure, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
3. No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
