Na styku rytmów rodzi się coś wyjątkowego – napięcie między kontrastami, kreatywność wynikająca z różnic i niespodziewana spójność w różnorodności. To właśnie tutaj spotykają się slow bal, balboa, slow lindy i blues – różne języki tańca, wspólny rytm.

📈 Trochę o poziomach
Balboa i Slow Bal w dwóch poziomach – beg+/int oraz int+/adv – dla tych, którzy chcą pogłębić swój taneczny warsztat i swobodnie poruszać się w rytmicznych strukturach.
🔸 Poziomy beg+/int – dla tancerzy z minimum rocznym doświadczeniem, którym nie straszne są wariacje na bazie podstaw i regularnie tańczą.
🔸 Poziomy int+/adv – dla tancerzy z min. dwuletnim doświadczeniem, uczestniczących w zajęciach i festiwalach, swobodnie poruszających się w różnych tempach.

🐢 Slow Lindy
Dla doświadczonych tancerzy Lindy Hop (min. int), którzy chcą pogłębić komfort w wolnych tempach, muzykalność i taneczny dialog.
🎷 Blues
Dla tancerzy bluesa oraz stylów opartych na bliskiej pracy w parze (min. int). Zapraszamy również osoby spoza sceny swingowej, które odnajdują się w tej jakości ruchu.
🌀 Solo (z Agnieszką lub Konradem)
Zajęcia dla tych, którzy chcą rozwijać swój indywidualny styl, świadomość ciała i ekspresję. Przestrzeń na jakość ruchu, odwagę i własny kierunek w tańcu.

We’re back with another edition — if you’ve joined us before, you know what to expect. If not, this is a good moment to change that.
A weekend for dancers who enjoy balancing between styles and tempos.
At the intersection of rhythms, something special is born – tension between contrasts, creativity emerging from differences, and an unexpected harmony within diversity. This is where slow bal, balboa, slow lindy, and blues meet – different languages of dance, one shared rhythm.

This year, summer falls in October 🌞😉
📈 About levels
Balboa and Slow Bal are offered in two levels – beg+/int and int+/adv – for dancers who want to deepen their skills and move freely within rhythmic structures.
🔸 Beg+/int – for dancers with at least one year of experience, comfortable with variations on basics and dancing regularly.
🔸 Int+/adv – for dancers with at least two years of experience, attending classes and festivals, comfortable in different tempos.

🐢 Slow Lindy
For experienced Lindy Hop dancers (min. int level) who want to deepen comfort in slow tempos, musicality, and dance dialogue.
🎷 Blues
For blues dancers or styles based on close partner connection (min. int level). We also welcome dancers from outside the swing scene who resonate with this movement quality.
🌀 Solo (with Agnieszka or Konrad)
Classes for those who want to develop their personal style, body awareness, and expression. A space for movement quality, courage, and individual direction in dance.

Gašper Hrovat & Rosa Lee – versatile dancers based in Berlin 💃🕺
Gašper comes from hip-hop and breakdance, Rosa is a blues soul in love with balboa. Their energy and combined experience create a unique dance quality.
Agnieszka Pluwak & Konrad Pruśniewski – pioneers of the blues and slow dance scene in Poland 💙
Founders of Harlem Beats in Gdynia, teaching across Europe. Their style blends bodywork, connection, improvisation, and conscious communication in dance.
