Hi there, Im Drew.
I love Pilates, I love fitness and I love sharing my passion for fitness. Due to the personalized nature of my new Pilates programs, I can only accommodate a limited number of participants per session. To ensure that everyone receives the attention and guidance they need to succeed, I encourage you to sign up early.
CORE POWER
This 4-week program focuses on strengthening your core and improving your overall stability. Each week I'll introduce new exercises and variations to challenge and engage your core muscles.

We will be outside until October 27th.
- Drop-in:
$10 per class
- Monthly:
$20 per month = 4 classes per month. IGNITE (Sunday)
$25 per month = 8 classes per month. ENERGIZE (Tuesday & Sunday)
$30 per month = 12 classes per month. SCULPT (Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday)
