About this Event

What does “balance” mean in a profession known for long hours, tight deadlines, and high emotional investment?

Hosted by the Manchester Society of Architects, this evening panel event invites students, architects, and practice leaders - from across generations and career stages - to explore how balance can be rethought in contemporary architectural practice.

Bringing together research, leadership insight, lived experience, and wellbeing expertise, the event looks at balance not as an individual challenge, but as a cultural, organisational, and business opportunity.
