This progressive yoga class incorporates techniques from multiple disciplines to help minimize the risk of falls. Using seated and standing poses, you will enhance balance awareness and improve leg strength while also working on opening joints, such as toes, ankles, knees, hips, spine, and shoulders. The beginning of class will start with breathing exercises and conclude with a guided relaxation.Location: Southwest Rec
