Her work focused on aligning financial plans with growth ambitions, strengthening investor narratives, and laying the foundations for scalable operations.
Emilia also brings a wealth of experience from her 25-year career at Accenture, where she held senior finance leadership roles including:
- Global Director of Forecasting and Planning
- Finance Director for the Europe Strategy Division
- Finance Director for Financial Services UK & Ireland
She will be joined by Stephen Goddard, an experienced business development, sales, and marketing professional with deep sector knowledge across:
- Accounting (PwC, KPMG, HW Fisher)
- Banking (Lloyds, Clydesdale)
- Legal (Ashton Legal, Attwaters Jameson Hill, Woodfines)
Stephen also brings hands-on experience from running his own consultancy and working as a business advisor in the region.
