Did you know that yoga postures directly influence the health and hydration of our fascia system? Our fascial system is a web of connective tissue that impacts the shape and coherence of our bodies. Asanas directly support our fascia through enhancing our mobility, range of motion, and releasing of physical and emotional tension.
This workshop invites students to explore arm balances with a deeper awareness of the fascial system. Through intelligent sequencing and structural insight, participants will build strength and confidence while moving with greater freedom and support.
