Remember the carefree days of summer camp? We’re bringing that magic back—with a mindful, Ayurvedic upgrade. Join us for a four-day retreat that combines the nostalgic joy of summer camp (glamping-style with real bathrooms and showers!) with the balancing wisdom of Ayurvedic practices.Thursday, June 19
Arrive and settle into your camp home. After dinner and our opening circle, we’ll gather around the bonfire for connection and reimagined s’mores—both sweet and savory options to satisfy all doshas!
Friday, June 20
Greet the day with optional coffee or tea before morning yoga and a grounding walking meditation. Following a nourishing breakfast, dive into playful summer activities that awaken your inner child. After lunch, tap into your creativity with natural art-making workshops. As the sun sets on the summer solstice, we’ll celebrate with a special dinner and ceremony.
Saturday, June 21
Experience a unique walking breakfast during our morning meditation. Then, surrender to the flow as we spend the day floating on the beautiful Niangua River, enjoying lunch on the water. Return to camp for dinner followed by restorative evening practices—gentle stretching and an immersive sound bath to harmonize your energy.
Sunday, June 22
Savor our final morning together with coffee or tea, a nourishing breakfast, and a thoughtful closing circle before we pack up, carrying our refreshed spirits back into the world.
