About this Event
This gentle, contemplative yoga practice invites participants to explore balance not as something to achieve, but as something to experience moment by moment. Inspired by the exhibition’s themes of harmony, tension, symmetry, and subtle dynamics, this class weaves together mindful movement, breath, stillness, and reflection.
Through slow transitions and accessible postures, we will explore contrasts such as effort and ease, grounding and lightness, movement and rest. Practiced among works of art that engage duality and equilibrium, participants are invited into a living dialogue between body, breath, and creative expression.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. This class is suitable for all bodies and emphasizes presence over performance. Donations appreciated.
