This brand-new event is poised to become one of the most talked-about gatherings in Evansville—and you have the chance to be part of it from day one. Similar events in other cities have sold out fast and created lasting buzz. How does this work? Each ticketed guest will bake and bring 6 dozen cookies of all the same type to the event. Check in when you arrive. We will show you where and how to display your cookies. (You don't need to bring anything special for your display.) Once you find your spot, you will write your name, plus the name/brief description of your cookies. We will provide the table sign and markers. Cut or break one dozen of your cookies into pieces and place them in the designated area. These will be the samples for Tasting Hour (2:00 - 3:00). During Tasting Hour, you may sample as many cookies as you like! We will have free milk from Prairie Farms, coffee, water and light snacks to enjoy as you sample. After the Tasting Hour, we will begin the cookie exchange! Each guest will get to choose 4 dozen of their favorite cookies. We will provide the box. Once you have chosen your 4 dozen cookies, you can skedaddle or stick around for photo ops and mingling with friends.
A few rules: (1) Your cookies must be homemade or semi-homemade. (2) Each guest needs their own 6 dozen cookies and an event ticket. (3) No children please. (4) We kindly ask that you do not take more than two of the same cookie. (5) You are encouraged to wear festive holiday clothes!
