Come on out to the farmers market in Montgomery at 10am to learn from Debbie and Danny Gravois- our very own freshly milled bread vendors - "Please come by and meet us and learn how easy it is to make the best tortillas and cornbread you have ever had and take some samples home with you!"
Here is a brief introduction to our next market educators:
"Hello there, we are Debbie and Daniel Gravois and we started our ‘Freshly Milled Bread’ business after discovering that our son, who was gluten-free for 23 years, could digest fresh milled, natural grains easily with no issues at all! It was quite surprising! We found that the only way to get real bread and all the nutrition that it provides, (40 of your 44 essential nutrients), was by milling the organic wheat ourselves which are full of bran, germ and germ oil. Commercially processed flours are essentially void of usable, naturally occurring nutrients having been filtered, leaving only the starchy endosperm of the wheat grain. Best of all, it happened to be very delicious as well so here we are to share!"
