Join us! For a soothing, meditative experience that involves immersing oneself in a soundscape created by the playing of singing bowls. Lakeside or floating in the water.The purpose of a Sound Bath is in promoting relaxation, stress reduction and emotional well-being through resonate sound waves. Calling our bodies into a restorative state.
What to bring: yoga mat, cushion, blanket. Something to lay on lakeside or float in the water. Bring your comforts! Please also bring finger foods enough to share. Something simple and enjoyable!
We’ll be gathering behind the gate of a private boat launch in Walden. Upon entering Walden, take the first left, which is Aspen Drive. Follow to the end. We’ll have someone there to open the gate. Please be mindful of the start time so that our gate volunteer can join us…..
This boat launch has no physical address. If you need a physical address, text me at 936-444-9858 and I’ll privately share an address that is right next to the boat launch.
There are no restroom facilities, so plan accordingly!`
