Bake Lefse with Heidi Eger

Heidi Eger will share her grandmother's recipe, along with a wealth of information on best practices - including insights on what potatoes to use for what end result - and help for when a sheet of lefse is less-than-perfect. This is a hands-on class and people will be sharing the lefse they've made. If you have long hair, please bring something with which you can tie it back.
