Third Bake in French of 2025!
Le café gourmand chocolaté.
In this monthly event taking place at Framwellgate Moor Community Centre in Durham, we will be making a trio of mini chocolate goodies :)
Your café gourmand will include some chocolate covered madeleines, a mini chocolate tart as well as a mini chocolate fondant.
This event will take place from 1-4pm.
Note that I will be not be able to open the doors for you to enter before 12.55am as I will be setting up everything prior to that :)
These events are fully immersive which means that you will be given the instructions in French and practise not only your culinary skills but also your language skills 🙂It is open to higher beginners upwards.
Once you have made your dish, you will get the opportunity to sample it over a hot drink and more French practice via games and chats🙂!
All ingredients will be provided. You just need to bring your own take away box / container to bring back whatever you were not able to eat on the day as well as an apron :)

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR BOOKING*
This event welcomes between 8 to 10 people so that I can give as much attention and help as possible to the people attending in this 3 hour long session.
If you are interested in participating, PM me. I cannot allow anyone to participate in a cooking class until I have a completed Registration, Waiver & Release Form. Each participant’s health and safety is a priority. Please inform me of anything that might need attention, such as food allergies.
Once such forms are completed, you will be sent the stripe link to confirm your booking. Be advised that payments are non-refundable unless cancelled on my part (minus the stripe fee).
If you cannot attend the event after booking, you will be able to either gift it to a friend who could take your place or to use it in another workshop.
