Learn one of the hottest Latin Dances worldwide with Bailemos Bachata Knoxville!! Bachata is one of the most popular dances, with a variety of styles (Traditional, Sensual, & Modern). The dance originated in the Dominican Republic with additional styles (modern & sensual) influenced by Spanish culture (from Spain). Bachata can be danced solo or with a partner. Classes are on Thursday evenings at the Lighthouse Knoxville (about 6-7 minutes from West Town Mall).
We rotate between the three Bachata Styles weekly. We start with a Beginner Class at 7:30 PM and then follow with a small intermission for complimentary snacks and a little social dance practice. Then we kick off the Intermediate Class at 9:00 PM with more time for snacks and a practice social to follow until 11:00 PM.

- Footwork
- Body Movement / Sensual Movement
- Partnerwork (Skills, Connection, and Technique)
What to Know:
- No partner is needed
- $10 per class
- $5 per class for College Students with a Valid ID
- BE SURE TO BRING WATER to stay hydrated. NO ALCOHOL permitted.

About your Instructor:
Instructor Krystal Warden was a former gymnast that pursued Salsa and Bachata Dancing in 2018 in Norther Virginia / DC where she learned to dance. Some time later, she began teaching under a dance company called Baila Marcelo Dance Company. She has a passion for community, personal growth, and helping others grow in life and in their dance journey.
