Come join us for a fun and energetic Baila Fitness session at Vamonos! (4444 Vernor Hwy). Get ready to dance, sweat, and have a blast with a 1 hr+ workout with our Vamonos Instructor Denisse!
Starting December 8, sessions are every Tuesdays at 9:15am for $20 which include:
- 1hr of fitness dancing ✨
- 30 min of weight training❤🔥
- Vegan Collegen Smoothie 🥛
- Upbeat Latin music 🎶
