Target audience: Staff of semi independent placements, fostering agencies and floating support teams.
Based on legislative changes surrounding bail and remand for young people, there has been an increased demand for placement providers to offer support and placements to young people who are remanded to the care of the local authority in the community (RILAA). 1OAK training offers support in regard to these legislative changes and increased placement demands, managing risks to other young people. Our lead trainers are experienced social workers who hold senior management positions and are able to support you in understanding these changes.
