Baia joins The Dogwood for a one-night collaboration dinner, offering an early look at Good Hospitality’s upcoming concept, Baia, opening this spring in The Grove.
Chefs Jon Priestley and Matt Frenzel of Baia team up with Chef Brad Bardon of The Dogwood to present a six-course tasting menu rooted in Southern Italian cuisine, with a focus on handmade pasta and thoughtful, seasonal ingredients.
Each course is designed to reflect the spirit of Baia. Simple, expressive, and grounded in tradition.
Guests will have the option to enjoy a curated beverage pairing from Baia’s bar lead, Maddy Knutson, alongside the menu. À la carte beverage selections will also be available throughout the evening.
This dinner serves as a preview of what’s to come at Baia, an intimate, pasta-focused restaurant centered around craft, hospitality, and tradition.
