Baguette shaping class - 100% Sourdough!This course will focus on shaping and baking baguettes and small individual breads. We will go through all stages of bread making. An prior experience with bread or dough is not mandatory but might be helpfull.
You'll leave with a some baked baguettes and bread, some dough to shape and bake at home, as well as some sourdough.
The class with be followed by an aperitif and a tasting of 2 wines from my sister’s Vineyard in Touraine, France.
