The Weekend Warrior Series is a 3-day split is designed to maximize your results as well as your recovery.
- Day 1: Upper Body Focus 💪
- Day 2: Lower Body Focus 🦵
- Day 3: Full-Body Conditioning ⚡
Each 60-minute session is small-group personal training designed to challenge you safely, so you can stay consistent in your training and realize TANGIBLE improvements in your strength, endurance, and moblity. You're not just "working out"... you're learning about the most effective way to train your body.
