Boundaries: it’s a hot topic and challenge for most of us, whether it’s knowing:
what your own boundaries are, how to feel comfortable setting them with others, or navigating your boundaries with yourself.
This workshop is designed to help you feel safe and empowered in your own space and know what’s your stuff and what’s someone else’s.

What’s unique is that you learn self-energy healing practices to sense your energy field as well as others, notice where your field may be thinner or have “holes,” and what you can do to strengthen your energy. Discover how you may shapeshift your energy field around others and how to stay whole within yourself.

Topics for this workshop include:

How to Ground: energy practices to help you land in your body and take up your space
Defining what boundaries are and why you struggle with setting them
Knowing your personal boundaries and how to sense them in your body.
What to do when you cross your boundaries.
Understanding where someone else’s boundaries are and how to negotiate them comfortably
How to stop taking other people’s emotions on
Empath empowerment
Energy management - why you get drained and why boundaries are essential
Own your voice and feel comfortable and safe in stating your needs (and specific energy practices to help you own this)
For yoga teachers, healers, coaches, and therapists: how to manage healthy boundaries with individuals and groups

This workshop is insightful for everyone and especially empowers those who are highly sensitive, empathic, or prone to people-pleasing. Leave feeling empowered with practical ways to navigate your life with ease.

Cat Kabira (E-RYT500) is an internationally acclaimed yoga teacher, trainer, and energetic healer with over 22 years of professional experience. Originally from the USA, she was a founding teacher of The Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali, where she has taught thousands of people and trained hundreds of yoga teachers since 2002. She has her own yoga school: Yoga Energetics. Cat also founded the Kabira Energy School (internationally recognized by the IEHA) in 2010, where she taught thousands of students how to harness their energy to live fully in their power and purpose. Cat’s has been based in Bali since 2006 and regularly tours worldwide, sharing her work.
Cat started her yoga, energetic, and meditation practices in 1997 as a way to heal from eating disorders, trauma, and abuse. These practices not only provided Cat with healing but also ignited her passion for teaching and helping others. Cat's experiences with eating disorders and trauma have profoundly shaped her approach, making her work deeply empathetic and transformative.
Cat’s training spans a variety of disciplines, including yoga, meditation, craniosacral therapy, hypnotherapy, spiritual psychology, and various forms of energy healing. She studied extensively under renowned teachers and institutions, gaining expertise in Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Forrest, Nidra, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga as well as extensive movement arts in dance, Gyrotonic, circus arts, pilates, and functional training. Her teaching also includes therapeutic modalities of the energetic arts, craniosacral therapy, psychic development, somatic practices, spiritual psychology, shamanic work, and the Barbara Brennan School. Cat is also skilled in working with trauma and is a certified eating disorder therapist who specializes in empowering those who are highly sensitive and/or empaths.
Cat specializes in a methodology of her own creation called "Living Therapy," at its heart lies an invigorating philosophy: life is not about enduring; it's about thriving. Yes, there’s old pain to meet and transform. But the core of anyone isn’t pain. Their essence is their own unique light, delight, and power. Her unique approach intertwines the wisdom of ancient yoga and the power of energetic practices with contemporary psychological insights to help people move forward in their own brilliance.
