Discover Amsterdam's hidden gems as we journey through the bustling Jewish Quarter and graceful Plantage neighborhood. Uncover the captivating contradictions and unique quirks of this city, learning new insights along the way.

This small-group walking tour takes you off the beaten path to sites that surprise Amsterdammers and guests alike. By discovering many of Amsterdam’s hidden gems, you’ll get a sense of what makes the city and its people so unique. See a different side of Amsterdam’s history and contrasting neighborhoods.

HOW DOES IT WORK

The roughly two-hour walk starts at the National Opera & Ballet and ends in front of the H’ART Museum (formerly the Hermitage Museum).

Wear good walking shoes and dress for the weather. Tours go rain or shine. (But if looks too dicey, we’ll contact you in advance.)

This tour is wheelchair-friendly and step-free. However, throughout the route, there are some bridges and roads with an incline. Please see the photos below. Should you require any assistance during the tour, our guide will be happy to help you.
