About the Badass Soundbath with Mara McBecker:
This isn’t your typical sound bath and that’s exactly the point. Whether you're new to sound healing or looking for something with a little more edge, this experience with Mara McBecker meets you exactly where you are.
We kick things off with bold beats, badass mantras, and guided movement to help you shake off the day, drop into your body, and ignite your inner fire. Playful, grounding, and made to empower.
Then, we shift gears.
As you settle into stillness, live instruments guide you through a deeply relaxing sound bath where vibration and frequency do the heavy lifting. This is your time to let go, zone out, and sink into the deep restoration your body’s been craving.
Come as you are. Leave recharged, realigned, and feeling like a total badass.
