Step into Sioux City’s past with Local History Librarian Specialist Sarah Enright on Bad Seeds: A Sioux City True Crime Downtown Walking Tour. This guided walking tour loops through the heart of downtown, beginning and ending at the Sioux City Public Library. Along the way, you’ll visit the real locations where shocking crimes unfolded, uncovering the people, motives, and moments that left lasting marks on the community.
Inspired by this year’s summer reading theme, “Plant a Seed, Read,” the tour explores the “bad seeds” that grew into some of Sioux City’s most sensational cases.
*The tour will start at the parking lot on the west side of the Aalfs Downtown Library.*
-All stops are within a few blocks of the library in a compact loop.
-It is recommended that attendees wear walking shoes and dress for outdoor weather.
