Bad Moms Dance combines easy, high-energy choreography with nostalgic hip-hop tracks and popular hits. We focus on 1 choreographed song each week, while the rest is all about movement, sweat, and positive energy.This class welcomes all levels, body types, and confidence levels. There’s no need for perfection—just a fun opportunity to move your body alongside an incredible group of women. Tag a friend who needs this kind of Saturday energy!
