Herbs are plentiful even in an urban setting. Learn what herbs are available right in your own backyard. How have they been used and how can we use them now? Answers to all those questions and more in this backyard foraging class. This class will take place partially in the classroom and partially in the gardens outdoors, weather dependent. Each participant will receive a handout with the information covered in class plus the opportunity to eat some fresh garden weeds. We will make a Backyard Weeds Tea for everyone to take home.*Registration should only be with the Ohio Herb Center. Do not purchase tickets from others claiming to have tickets for sale.
