🎲 Join us for a Thrilling Backgammon Tournament at Mench Café! 🎲

🕥 Start Time: 10:30 AM
📍 Location: #303 – 106 W 1st Street, North Vancouver
👉 Tip: For the most accurate directions, please search “Mench Café” directly on Google Maps, as the street address may occasionally lead to incorrect results.
At our previous event, the Swiss-system format was very well received by the players.
This tournament will also follow the Swiss system in 6 round, meaning all participants will play 6 rounds against different opponents, ensuring fair and exciting competition for everyone.
📌 All players must arrive before 10:00 AM for registration.
📌 At exactly 10:15 AM, the first-round pairings will be finalized.
📌 Games will begin sharply at 10:30 AM.
📌 Anyone arriving after 10:15 AM will automatically be counted as a loser for the first round.
Additional Notes:
- Each game will last 50 minutes, and the result at that time will be recorded as final.
- Rules of the game will be explained before the first round begins.
- Players under 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Mutual respect is essential — disruptive behavior or taunting (even between close friends) will not be tolerated.
💰 Prize Pool: A total of $1,000 will be awarded to the top 3 performers!
