You’ll be guided into a meditative state using:

Crystal frosted singing bowls - to balance your energy and clear blockages

Gong – for deep cellular release and transformation

Chimes – to awaken lightness and clarity

Rain stick – to soothe and ground your nervous system

The Zero gravity chairs are first come first serve. Please bring a yoga matt incase all chairs are taken and or if you prefer to lay on the ground.✨
