Whether you're a day hiker, trail runner, camper, backpacker, or aspiring adventurer, this workshop will help you better understand how to handle common medical situations in the outdoors.

- Poison oak, ivy, and other irritating plants

- What to pack in a first aid kit (and what to leave at home)
- Emergency communication tools like InReach devices and satellite phones
- Wilderness medicine and first aid training opportunities
