Backbending and Finding Compassion in the Heart with Sarah Durney HatcherSaturday, 28 September ~ 3pm-6pm // €40
Join Sarah for a three-hour workshop where we will focus on opening the heart centre with breathing tools and mantras so we can find access to this hidden space in the body, leading the yogi towards a more steady and free backbend. We will look at ashtanga and hatha yoga foundational backbending asanas, including Ustrasana (camel pose), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog), Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow Pose) and a few more. All levels are welcome for this workshop, having a comfortable primary series practice is recommended.
