Backbend & Heart Opening Workshop 💚
This experience is an invitation to open the heart with intention, safety, and awareness.
Through a guided journey of breath, movement, and sound, we will explore backbends not as a performance, but as a practice of softening the front body while building strength and support in the back body.
We will begin with an opening circle and a simple Sanskrit mantra to activate the heart space, followed by a short introduction to the Anahata (heart chakra) and its connection to emotional openness, trust, and balance.
The asana practice will be progressive and accessible, offering options for all levels while encouraging you to move at your own pace. We will close with a deeply restorative sound bath to integrate the experience and allow the body to fully receive.
This workshop also includes:
    •    A take-home PDF with key poses, mantra, and journaling prompts
    •    Access to a WhatsApp group for intention setting and integration
