Athletes will focus on drills, conditioning, and technique to develop or improve their back walkover in a supportive training environment. Offered Saturday May 30 and July 25 from 9:00–11:00 AM. Athletes must be able to perform a handstand to bridge or standing bridge independently. Cost is $60.
