In the middle of peaceful nature, Casa by Eri offers cam & magic where you can connect deeply. Enjoy daily meditations, yoga sessions for all levels and breathwork exercises to help you come home. • Mornings in silence: Lets eliminate external distractions, put your phone away, and enjoy silence together. Best training for be in the present moment.
• Nature Walks: Explore the surrounding countryside, ground yourself in the beauty of nature, beach and mountain.
• Meditation Sessions: Find your inner peace through guided meditation practices.
• Meals: Enjoy healthy, delicious meals made with local ingredients. Vegetarian friendly.
• Floating Soundhealing: a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music and healing instruments – all while you are floating in the pool or on a sunbed on the side.
