"Back to You“is a 4 part Breathwork series and invites you to reconnect with your true self and experience the deep power of your breath.
It takes you on a journey towards wholeness and a deeper understanding of your inner being.
You can join the whole series or book the dates separately.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
In a small group of up to 5 people, we'll meet for 4 sessions. You can join for a single session or for the whole series.
Each session is focused on another topic and allows you to consciously pause to delve deeper into yourself, and get to know yourself better - individually, yet together.
Every session and topic will be introduced by a little self-care workshop that gives you the room to reflect what the topic means for yourself.
Through a combination of grounding meditation, intuitive movement, and guided Conscious Connected Breathwork Sessions, you will be guided to release tensions and energetic as well as muscular blockages from your body.
We'll create a new connection and unity of body & mind, heart and breath instead, to rediscover your inner home.
Through working with breath and subconsciousness, you have the opportunity to process emotions and experiences, let go of emotional baggage, and gain clarity on the life you truly desire - and ultimately live it.

"Love, Compassion & Cacao" - An evening filled with love & compassion, for yourself and others - accompanied by a Cacao Ceremony
May 15th - 6:30 to 9:00 PM
"Letting Go & New Beginnings" - An evening of forgiveness
May 29th - 6:30 to 9:00 PM
Abundance & Wonder" - An evening of awe and manifestation
