Let's get back to Yoga. In this Iyengar Yoga class we work to establish and develop our regular yoga practice. We have 1hr30mins: so plenty of time to work through familiar and some less familiar poses. In Iyengar Yoga we often use simple props, such as blocks & blankets - sometimes for support but also as a guide to understanding actions and alignments.
The class is suitable for new and continuing students. It is an opportunity to build some strength and flexibility as well as to unwind and turn your focus inward.
Individual classes cost £12, block booking is also available.
