Foodie school is back in session! Join our resident curd nerd and food pairing geek Steph for an evening of cheese 101, food pairing basics, and how cheese and wine like to tango on your palate! She developed cheese programs for butcher shops and loves to source unique producers, so if you've ever wondered what the difference is between types of milks, raw vs. pasteurized, soft vs. hard cheese styles, and even rinds and microbiology, this is the class for you! To top off our evening, she'll be featuring wine pairings and accouterments with each style of cheese, which has a fascinating art to it--and then you'll experiment with your own combos to put your new knowledge to the test!
