Join us for our Summer Pool Party on Friday, June 19th from 4:00–6:00 PM at our Burlington pool location!
Celebrate the end of the school year with an afternoon of swimming, pizza, prizes, games, and summer fun at Back to Basics Swim Academy.
Whether your child wants to race, cannonball, float around with friends, or simply enjoy the pool, our heated pool will be open for all ages to enjoy.

Capacity & Safety Agreement
I agree to register all attendees, including supervising parent/guardians and guests, in order to comply with event capacity limits and health & safety requirements.
Waiver & Release of Liability
Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in the Summer Pool Party is voluntary and may involve physical activity, including swimming and poolside games, which carry inherent risks.
Assumption of Risk
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or accident that may occur during or as a result of participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Supervision & Safety
I understand that lifeguards and staff will be present; however, all participants, especially minors, are expected to follow pool rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
Medical Authorization
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Back to Basics Swim Academy staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for myself or my child if necessary. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical treatment provided.
Release of Liability
I hereby release and discharge Back to Basics Swim Academy, its owners, directors, employees, staff, volunteers, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in the event.
Photography & Media Release
I consent to photos and videos being taken during the event and understand that Back to Basics Swim Academy may use this content for promotional and marketing purposes.
