The most beautiful and compelling belly dancing is built upon a solid foundation. But more importantly, working on the basics creates greater strength and control so you can fully immerse yourself in the movements and better support your body.

• ??? "????" ??????: Proper posture and alignment are our base layers and deserve attention! You might just be amazed at what a difference tuning into the base can be to how fluid your movement is and how your body feels as it moves through space.
• ??????????: We spotlight individual movements before joining them together, aka, “layering.” This includes upper and lower body, including hips; chest and shoulders; hands and arms.
• ???????? & ??????-????????: Footwork is made easier when you become aware of weight changes and begin to intuit where your weight should be!
• ??????? ?????: Among others, we'll do hip and chest lifts, drops and circles; snake arms; undulations; shimmies, traveling steps and more.
•????? ?????: Putting the learned moves into a short combo is the pièce de résistance––so much fun!
