SURREY GET READY...After 5 years of throwing successful events across South West London, and Surrey, the time has come for the first ever BACK IN TIME FESTIVAL taking place on Saturday 2nd of May 2026, 12-10pm at Esher Rugby Club, Hersham, Surrey!

You'll party in beautiful stretch tent with full sound & lighting production to ensure great vibes throughout the day and night.
VIP ticket holders will have access to our VIP Garden with a private bar, seating area and who doesn't love a posh loo!
For when you get hungry you can grab something to eat in our food village which will be serving amazing smash burgers, stone baked pizzas and more (vegi & vegan options available)
If you've been to a BACK IN TIME party before then you know to expect and if you're joining us for the first time then get ready to be taken on a journey through time with non stop singalongs to keep you grooving all day and night!

• Doors open 12pm / VIP last entry 3pm / General Admission last entry 4pm / Event end 10pm
• Dress code is Fun & Funky, festival outfits, comfy clothes and shoes welcome (please no sportswear)
• Card payments only to help with speed of service (no cash payments)
• All food & drink must be purchased on site so please do not bring any items with you
• No chairs or picnic blankets
• Strictly no drugs policy (security reserve the right to search, refuse entry & remove individuals)
