If you were unable to attend March's basket weaving workshop, great news! We are bringing it back in May!

Artist Maria Maea will return on Sunday, May 3rd, to facilitate a palm weaving workshop in collaboration with Crenshaw Dairy Mart. Participants will learn about Los Angeles’ complex history of the iconic palm tree through basket weaving and honorable harvesting practices.

This event will be capped at 20 participants max to keep support facilitation and space capacity. Early arrival is encouraged!
