Welcome to Back 2 School 2024!

Join Ingenuity and the CPS Department of Arts Education for an exciting Back to School event where CPS teachers and arts partner organizations will come together to kick off the 24-25 school year.

At the heart of this gathering is our new learning and events catalog, designed to enrich teaching and learning practices, opportunities for sector collaboration, and student engagement with a diverse array of opportunities. Participants will delve into the catalog as we highlight key initiatives planned for the year ahead, fostering collaboration between educators and arts partners to align on shared learning goals and big picture moments for arts education.

This event will also be pivotal for building participant’s toolkits as they prepare for the new school year. We'll provide arts partners with important information on vendor and procurement processes, to support successful program delivery. Additionally, we’re excited to introduce a new Resource Fair where CPS teachers and arts partners can explore various tools, services, and resources from key organizations and CPS departments to further enrich their back to school preparations. Unlike Ingenuity’s Fall Summit, this fair will not focus on partnerships, rather, it will center around preparing participants for a successful start of the school year by providing and elevating free services, resources, tools, and giveaways.

This event offers a perfect opportunity to network with colleagues, celebrate new beginnings, and set the stage for a year filled with creativity and achievement. Join us as we embark on this journey together, shaping an inspiring educational experience for every student in CPS.
