Welcome to our exciting Bachata Bootcamp with our amazing Oneof Akind instructor (Roger). If you want to spice up your Bachata skills, styles, and techniques, join us for our 3-hr. Bachata Bootcamp! This is a fun and fast way to learn the fundamentals of Bachata as well as challenging yourselves with some advanced techniques. This bootcamp is perfect to learn how to dance Bachata quickly, or for intermediate dancers who want to refresh their fundamentals and be challenged with some advanced shines and combos.
No partner or experience required, just bring your enthusiasm and comfortable shoes!
What to expect:
1-Bachata rhythm: Understand musicality, counts, and Flow.
2-Footwork: How to move your feet to the rhythm and direction of the beats.
3-Footwork Combos: How to create some basic footwork combos.
4-Turns: How to turn and change directions smoothly and safely.
5-Body Movement: How to create smooth and sensual body moves and isolations.
6-Connection Methods: How to communicate and execute moves from different connections.
7-Partnerwork Patterns: How to create some challenging, and fun combinations.
8-Leading & Following Techniques: How to lead and follow more complex moves with a dance partner.
9-Be a "one of a kind" Dancer: How to look stylish and professional as a beginner and an intermediate.
10-1hr Dance practice as we guide you and help you with any questions you'll have.
