About this Event
Babywearing Workshop
Come join us at Canvas Pediatric Occupational Therapy for an intersectional workshop on how babywearing can be an excellent co-regulation tool. Learn about the benefits of babywearing and proper techniques to support your bodies as well as calm your nervous systems. Whether you're a soon-to-be parent or a seasoned pro, this workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to get more comfortable and gain confidence wearing their Littles. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn from our experts and connect with other caregivers.
Hosted by Lexi Tabor, Babywearing Educator of Hatchling CLE and Erika Dicken, Pediatric Occupational Therapist of Canvas Therapy. Our free educational workshop will help you get comfortable and confident wearing your Littles while also discussing how having them close can lessen stress not only for your children, but also yourself.
We’ll help you to:
- Safely and comfortably wear your baby while supporting your posture.
- Check the fit of your carrier or try on other styles.
- Learn strategies to better support your nervous system.
We welcome all caregivers with infants through young children who are able to be present with their grownup(s) for a 2-hour workshop. Register now! Limited spots available (up to 1 additional adult and child welcome per registration).
