Join us for a babywearing easy 3 mile hike in Manchester this week followed by a picnic and stretching (for moms and babies!)Support and space to figure out carriers, breastfeed while babywearing, change your baby in the woods… the work. This is an awesome a d supportive community.
We meet at 930am at the trail head (all trails linked below). We will head out by 945. As usual we will stop as a group as needed for feeding breaks and the like. Pack water and snacks plus whatever your baby needs. I carry extra diapers, wipes and a first aid kit.
We will have an optional picnic at the end to relax and refuel and stretch out.
