Participants will build leadership skills, learn to make smart decisions, and understand how to manage a babysitting business.

Responsibility and leadership skills
Decision-making and managing difficult behaviors
Basics of starting and managing a babysitting business
Feeding, diapering, dressing, and playing with babies and children
Recognizing and preventing unsafe situations
Basic first aid and emergency response
Child development stages and age-appropriate care strategies
